Many are curious to know if they can use BRP to prove their right to work in the UK.
From 6 April 2022, you can not prove your right to work by using your physical BRPs, BRCs or FWPs to your employer anymore. You must use the Home Office online service to prove your right to work in the UK. BRCs, BRPs and FWPs have been removed from the lists of acceptable documents used to conduct a manual right-to-work check.
